Responsibilities
- End-to-end equity financing support: investor sourcing, roadshows, BP updates, due diligence, and progress tracking
- Track industry investment trends and produce research reports
- Assist project screening, due diligence, valuation modeling, and investment memos
- Maintain investor and FA relationships with structured CRM
- Support capital operations, equity management, filings, and post-investment management
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above in finance, economics, investment, biomed engineering, AI, or statistics; STEM+finance background preferred
- Excel modeling, valuation, and strong report writing
- Primary market, FA, IB, or corporate finance experience preferred
- Clear thinking, strong logic, learning agility, resilience, and confidentiality
- Fund/securities qualifications, CFA/CPA preferred
