Responsibilities
- Quantize, deploy, and accelerate vision/behavior models on edge devices
- Adapt models to Jetson, Ascend, Rockchip, and other edge platforms
- Design technical solutions and integrate algorithms into products
- Collaborate on integration testing and optimize latency, stability, and resource usage
- Provide technical support for deployment and performance issues
- Cross-functional collaboration to deliver project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above in CS, AI, EE, automation, or math; master's preferred
- 1+ year edge deployment experience; strong fresh graduates with relevant projects welcome
- Strong Python and C/C++ programming skills
- Familiar with PyTorch training workflows
- Experience with export, quantization, and on-device inference
- TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, RKNN, Ascend CANN, or similar
- Understand CPU/GPU/NPU characteristics for deployment tuning
- Strong problem solving, engineering delivery, and teamwork
Preferred
- Ownership, self-drive, and continuous learning
- Hands-on Jetson, Ascend, Rockchip, Horizon, or Cambricon deployment experience
- Edge deployment experience in detection, pose, tracking, or behavior recognition
- Embedded Linux and on-device performance analysis experience
- Publications, competitions, or open-source projects a plus
