Responsibilities
Handle assembly, nationwide installation, field repair, and remote support for professional ethology research equipment.
Technical Support
- Travel nationwide to universities and labs for delivery, assembly, wiring, and hardware installation
- On-site commissioning, software integration, camera calibration, and user training
- Provide remote guidance on software and device operation
Equipment Testing
- Debug and test equipment with multimeters, calipers, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Assist with issue reproduction, data collection, and preliminary diagnosis
Production & Assembly
- Verify BOMs, inspect parts and finished goods, record test reports
- Customize hardware for research needs with R&D and sales teams
- Participate in periodic assembly per drawings
- Skilled in wiring and low-voltage soldering with basic functional tests
- Strong learning ability; on-time production and shipping preparation
Requirements
- Willing to travel nationwide
- College degree or above in mechatronics, electronics, machinery, or bioengineering
- Basic circuits and mechanical assembly; independent wiring, debugging, and repair
- Ethology equipment or lab instrument experience preferred; DIY design skills a plus
- Strong hands-on skills, reliable communication, independent field work
